Regular Program K-6

The community program at École Richard Secord School provides instruction that follows the mandated Alberta curriculum. Each school in Edmonton Public Schools complements the teaching of the curriculum differently, based on the needs of their students and input from parents.

• This program is intended for students who live in our attendance area (Royal Gardens community).
• Students receive instruction in English and begin French as a Second Language instruction for 150 minutes per week beginning in Grade 4.
• Students with special needs are fully included in the classroom setting.
• This program is not eligible for yellow bus service.
